Governing Council

The Governing Council provides overall direction and oversight for MEWELA. It consists of seasoned ecclesiastical leaders including Archbishops, Bishops, Apostles, Pastors, Evangelists, Prophets, Prophetesses, and Teachers of the Word.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting vision and strategic direction.

• Overseeing ministerial development and training.

• Maintaining doctrinal integrity and spiritual accountability.

• Guiding organizational growth and global expansion.

Executive Leadership Team

The Executive Leadership Team manages the daily operations and implements MEWELA’s mission through programs, conferences, mentorship, and member support.

Typical roles may include:

• President / Presiding Leader – Spiritual and organizational head.

• Vice President(s) – Supporting governance and programs.

• General Secretary – Coordinating administration and communications.

• Treasurer / Financial Director – Managing financial structures and empowerment initiatives.

• Regional/Continental Directors – Representing MEWELA in different nations and regions.

Advisory Council

This council is made up of highly experienced ecclesiastical leaders and senior ministers who provide wisdom, counsel, and mentorship to strengthen MEWELA’s mission and ensure continuity of vision.

Regional & National Leaders

To strengthen global impact, MEWELA appoints Regional and National Coordinators who:

• Represent MEWELA in their territories.

• Organize local training, conferences, and outreach.

• Build networks of ministers for collaboration and support.
